Mrs. Nurse Boy here.
We have some exciting news! VERY exciting news! At least Bruiser thinks so.
The other day we were eating lunch. For some bizarre reason, I started snapping photos of the kids. Here you can see that Bruiser was getting ready to take yet another bite of this juicy peach. (You'll also notice, by his messy face, that he was indeed "enjoying" his peach. You gotta love a boy that "enjoys" his food. And, I would, but I have to do his laundry.)
Next thing we know, THIS happened! He finally lost his first tooth. He couldn't contain his excitement! He was BEAMING!
Even though there was some blood. (He is usually terrified at the sight of blood. He will NOT be our next Nurse Boy.)
STILL BEAMING!
That is simply the cutest smile EVER!!!!

I agree! :o)
Love that first missing tooth smile!
Your kids have really great eyes - they say "HEY! I have a PERSONALITY!"
I lost my first tooth in a slice of pizza.
and Mrs. Lemon is right...your kids have beautiful eyes!
That IS exciting when they lose their first tooth! Isn't it funny that we get sooo excited about them getting their FIRST tooth when they are a baby and then do the same thing when they lose their first tooth? *smile* Your children ARE indeed beautiful!
Thanks for the comments on my kids' eyes. They got those big, round eyes from my mom, only her's are brown. All three of them have these incredible blue eyes that make me melt. I love their eyes!
And, yes, they are FULL of personallity. THAT I blame on Nurse Boy.

Mrs.
Yuck! Why do they have to lose teeth? I couldn't be a nurse boy either! ;-)
How exciting! Did you cry? All those "firsts" bring me to tears.
Oh yes, remembering the days! One kid lost his tooth at the mall and there was lot of blood! The clerk was trying to find paper towels or something (she found some at the jewlery counter).
I am squeamish. I had to pull one son's tooth as he was begging me to and I was afraid he'd swallow it that night.
Dear hubby was out of town so I did the deed....yuck, but it came out so easily so it was ready!
Well, at least we're all in it "relating" together!!!!
And some day our kids will have their own little ones....hehehe!

Ha! I love it, what a cutie! My six year old has been dying to lose a first tooth. Unfortunately all of his are stubbornly rooted and not budging for now. Hopefully he won't resort to more drastic measures. ;)
He looks so proud!
I'm doing a happy dance for you Bruiser!!!! hope the tooth fairy doesn't skimp on the money!
