Happy Easter!

We hope you had a blessed Easter while you celebrated the resurrection of our Lord and Savior! Today I will share the words of one of my favorite worship songs while you get a glimpse of our Easter celebration!!!

What does it mean to be saved?
Isn't it more than just a prayer to pray?
More than just a way to heaven?

What does it mean to be His?
To be formed in his likeness?
Know that we have a purpose.

To be salt and light in the world, in the world.
To be salt and light in the world.

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, say so, say so!

Oh that the church would arise.
So that we would see with Jesus' eyes.
We could show the world heaven.

Show what it means to be His.
To be formed in his likeness.
Show them they have a purpose.

To be salt and light in the world, in the world.
To be salt and light in the world.

I am redeemed, I am redeemed

I am redeemed, I am redeemed

I am redeemed, I am redeemed!

Let the redeemed of the Lord rise up!
Let the redeemed of the Lord rise up!

Let the redeemed of the Lord rise up, rise up, rise up!

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

We remain in awe of the One who gave it all!

Jesus has risen!

Your children are so beautiful and so photogenic! AND they always act like they love having their picture taken! :-) Don't they ever whine "Oh, Mom, not another picture?" :-)

Your kids are sweet sweet SWEET! I bet you didn't even have to work hard to get those great photos... I am imagining your kids just posing beautifully, knowing exactly what you want, getting it right first time... not at all bugging out that they just want to start consuming that sugar... :-P

This belongs in the 'Awww...' category because those beautiful babies make me go 'Awwww!'

Love your faith MNB.

PS - do you listen to Family Life Radio? They were talking about fun things families do with their kids and the DJ lady said to wait about 10 min after the kids are in bed and run in their room, switch the light on and yell "Ice Cream Run"... I think she might have been you!

Glad you had a great Resurrection Sunday! Great photos! Love the song. I'm singing it in my head right now. We went to a few services Holy Week and heard that song and many other wonderful ones!

Ok, We have that very "God Bless Our Home" plaque in exactly that color. Mine needs dusted though.

We were supposed to be sisters, maybe even twins, I be the messy one. ;)
