Mrs. Nurse Boy here.
Soccer session is in full swing. All three of our kids are playing this year. Each Saturday, as we run around town with water bottles, shinguards, and stinky cleats, it becomes more and more clear:
We have officially lost our minds.
But, there is no where I'd rather be on a cool, fall day than sitting in my comfy chair cheering for my precious kids from the sidelines.
Unless it is an 8 AM game. At 8 AM, my bed and I like to remain close. Very close.
Dimples and Bruiser started playing soccer when they were just 4 years old. They are both pretty talented players and really shine on the soccer field. So, keeping with tradition, Sweet Pea can now be spotted on the soccerfields with the best of them. We all LOVE watching her play! If you ever need a laugh, go watch 4 year olds play soccer. I promise your stomach with hurt from laughing too much. The boys and I giggle through each quarter.
Nurse Boy is the assistant coach for Sweet Pea's team.
Here she is really to dominate!
(Not really, but let's pretend. So far, she hasn't displayed the same aggresion the boys had at this age.)
Doesn't she look like a pro here? I am afraid this was before the game started. I don't think her foot even got near the ball during the game.
No matter... she looked the part!
This was taken after the 50th goal (or so it seemed, I had lost count) was scored on them. She cracks me up!
Running...
I'm not so sure we have the next Mia Hamm on our hands, but she is having a blast and so are we!

She is too cute. That was Actresses first team color too for soccer. Adorable. Actress never really got into the goal scoring aspect but she loved the social part of it.
Model was all about the goals. :) She loves soccer 5 years later too :)
My youngest played soccer in high school before they had a team. It was a "club sport". It was difficult to find anyone to play teen-age girls. They played 12-13 years olds a lot.
Great pics of a budding star.
Oh my gosh, i love it. She definitely looks the part and she will get better with time. I can only imagine the team playing. I would love to see a bunch of 4 year olds playing any organized sport lol.
So sweet. I love seeing the little ones in the cute uniforms and such.
So cute!!!
I love how she looks the part!
She's just having too much fun Momma!
Come by when you get off the soccer field...
Beautiful + athletic = J-e-a-l-o-u-s
Oh my gosh - I love her! She is so squeezably adorable!
And you are totally right - for entertainment, go watch 4-year olds playing soccer! I'm sure you've seen my posts bemoaning the fact that Itty Bit has become his team's clown?
We have our first game tomorrow - pray for me ;) I just might wet myself if he pulls some stunt on the field, hee hee!
p.s. We have one girl on our team, and I sigh every time I see those pink cleats :)
Sweet. Last year my nephew joined soccer when he was 4. I loved going to his games. The kidlets are so cute at that age. He was on the Bad News Bears team. lol Some of the teams were VERY aggressive.
Whether she gets better or not I'm sure she'll have a blast trying.
Okay, so being a TRUE princess....she may not be able to play that great...BUT she sure does look GREAT!!! And that IS what counts to princesses, right? :-)
She's adorable and I don't miss early Saturday mornings at the soccer field.
(Dear Lord, please don't let Jaylon grow up to love soccer...amen.) LOL
She is darling! Baseball was my thing, but our kids loved soccer, too, so we lived brainless for quite a few years ourselves! :)
Go gettem' Sweet Pea!!!
Our girls really need to meet. I love watching 4yr old "magnet ball" (soccer). It is so much fun. Our season is almost done and I have yet to post any pics. Heck I have yet to post anything.
I pray all is well.
